Refund & Return Policy — Weneed

1. How to request a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, email shop@weneedweed.eu with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return (name / SKU)

  • Reason for return (brief)

  • Preferred resolution: Refund / Exchange / Store credit
    If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach photos.

Suggested subject line: Return Request — Order #12345

2. Time limit

Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 15 days cannot be accepted.

3. Return conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged.

  • All tags and original packaging intact.

  • No signs of use, stains, or odors.

  • Include any accessories originally provided.
    If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.

4. Shipping costs & responsibility

  • Return shipping costs may apply and depend on the reason for return and your location.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will generally cover return shipping.

  • If you return for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size chosen, etc.), return shipping is usually at the customer’s expense.

  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attributable to the customer, any additional shipping/re-dispatch costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Refunds & processing time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Inspection and refund processing can take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the return. After we process the refund, allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect it.

6. Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us the new item/size you want. Exchanges may require payment of any price difference and/or additional shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Items not eligible for return

The following are not returnable or refundable:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

8. Important notes

  • Please include clear photos and full order details in your initial email to speed up handling.

  • Do not ship items back before receiving return instructions if we request them; unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • For any questions about returns, exchanges, or refunds, contact shop@weneedweed.eu and include your order number.
